Taylor Swift has reportedly been caught in the crossfire of Blake Lively’s ongoing legal battle with her It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni. New court documents suggest the Gossip Girl actress made shocking demands of the pop superstar.

The legal conflict began in December 2024 when Blake Lively filed a federal lawsuit accusing Baldoni of sexual harassment—allegations he firmly denies. Since then, both actors have filed multiple suits against each other. The high-stakes trial is scheduled for March 2026.
Taylor Swift Dragged Into the Controversy
Recent filings by Baldoni’s legal team have revealed that Taylor Swift is allegedly involved in the ongoing dispute. According to NBC News, Baldoni referenced a text message exchange between Lively and a “megacelebrity” identified as Swift.
In one of the texts, Lively reportedly told Swift:
“If you ever get around to watching Game of Thrones, you’ll appreciate that I’m Khaleesi… I happen to have a few dragons… Because my dragons also protect those I fight for. You will too, I can promise you.”
New Allegations: Lively’s Alleged Demands of Swift
In a new legal filing submitted on May 14, Baldoni’s attorneys claimed Lively asked Swift to delete their text messages. According to ABC News, Lively also “demanded” that Swift publicly support her amid the legal feud. The filing alleges that Lively threatened to release private messages if Swift did not comply.
The document also mentions that a representative for Swift “addressed these inappropriate and apparently extortionate threats in at least one written communication.”
Lively’s Lawyer Responds to the Allegations
Blake Lively’s attorney, Mike Gottlieb, has strongly denied the claims. In a statement to ABC News, he called the allegations “categorically false” and “cowardly sourced.”
“We unequivocally deny all of these so-called allegations, which are cowardly sourced to supposed anonymous sources, and completely untethered from reality,” Gottlieb stated.
He further criticized Baldoni’s legal team, adding:
“We will imminently file motions with the court to hold these attorneys accountable for their misconduct here.”
Representatives for Taylor Swift have not yet commented on the situation.
